Mt. Palgong
I made it up Mt. Palgongsan this weekend — it’s on the outskirts of Daegu (map). After searching for the correct bus for 2 hours (Korea’s tourism website had the wrong bus listed and the tourism center went to lunch right when I found it), I was starting to wonder if was worth it. But, I eventually found the right bus, paid my $1.25, and after an hour I was there. It was definitely worth it.
The mountain is home to a lot of cultural sites (which I’ll post about later), but right now, here are the photos from the mountain top.
